Mahesh Shirodkar
A journey shaped by perseverance, hands-on expertise and an enduring belief in people.
Mr. Mahesh Shirodkar began as a courier boy within the Tata Group, where his passion for logistics took root. He established Shirodkar Cargo Pvt. Ltd., which evolved into Mailit Global Logistics Solutions. His command of operations and commitment to clients helped earn the support of Mr. Ratan Tata as an angel investor.
Under his leadership, Mailit has grown into a pioneering logistics business while retaining the humility and precision of its beginnings. Many colleagues have spent decades with the organisation - proof of a deeply people-oriented culture.
